The gym equipment seemed neglected!!! I expected better maintenance for the pool area, it didn't live up to the photos!!! The scenic path to the city center could use some improvement!!!

Friendly staff, quiet location, generous room size (2br suite).

Uncomfortable beds. Swimming pool out-of-order. Could not print from business center computer. Breakfast buffet selection ok but general impression negatively affected by poorly-cleaned dishes, glasses and tables.

Taxi drivers did not know its location. Wifi did not work. The fridge did not work. The bathroom smelt unpleasant. There were discrepancies over the final bill. It definitely had the feel of an average 3 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel. The decor was dated and unkempt - cracked pictures, torn carpets, sloppy paintwork.

The staff members were bright and helpful, especially aya and lena, who made sure my kids could play safely everywhere. I appreciated the clean rooms and warm service that exceeded my expectations.

A living area, soundproofing, and a kettle in the room, nice and unbeatable location. Incredible view from the window to swimming pool. Early check in and late check out. Not to mention free parking onsite.

The spacious Beautiful Room provided a comfortable atmosphere, with daily bottled water making it convenient for hydration. Breakfast options were varied, particularly the homemade pastries which were a treat. The standard room showed signs of wear with peeling wallpaper. The hotel was often busy with groups, which sometimes affected the dining experience, and the path into the city center wasn't particularly scenic for walking.

The roms could be a bit more clean.the carpet in the room wes dusty and a bit dirty.

Thanks very much everyone for a very very good stay for 3 separate nights. So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with bedroom, sofa bed in the suite plus a bath I booked was available.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, and I got a free upgrade to a spacious Executive Suite. However, the mattress was sagging quite a bit.

The hotel is an excellent value for money, clean, and welcomming staff. Breakfast is very good. Location is not that bad considering the hotel rate and the room price, but you would always have to have a map which is provided by the hotel. Also, do not assume that taxi drivers know the location - have the hotel map and phone number from the internet before arrival.

Internet is not working anywhere in the hotel, so do not plan to use the internet in your room. The path room in my room has a transparent window with no curtains so anyone in the room will see you when having a shower!!! I ordered dinner to my room, and I got it after 1.5 hours!

Just a good pick for a weekend adventure in Amman with best value for money ratio. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I needed late check-out. Make sure to take advantage of the affordable Uber options for getting around.

Delightfully helpful and genuinely helpful staff, fairly clean rooms.

Well-equipped room, everything was really good. Soundproofing and coffee in the room and the great bed. Pool view from the window was fantastic. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location to My House.
